We typically work with properties that have a minimum of 4-5 bedrooms HMO. The properties can include or exclude features such as a garden or parking. While the property doesn't need to be in pristine condition, it should be suitable for our working professionals to move in.

Furnishing is not a requirement. We accept fully furnished, part-furnished, and completely unfurnished properties. Ideally, the property should have white appliances and a well-conditioned boiler and radiator.

We will establish a monthly standing order to transfer the agreed rent directly to the landlord's bank account. This transfer will occur on the same day every month for the entire contract duration.
